The Legacy Mobile Studio can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people inside for recording and celebration. For larger groups, we can coordinate multiple bookings or discuss custom arrangements.

Yes! You can bring your own music tracks. However, for equipment, we recommend using our professional-grade studio setup that's already integrated into the bus. Our team can help you integrate external equipment if needed—just let us know in advance.

Our packages include recording, mixing, and celebration! Optional add-ons include DJ services, professional video recording, mastering, and even live streaming. Check our packages page for all available options.

The bus requires a standard parking space. For events at venues, we can usually park nearby or at the venue itself. If you're unsure about parking at your location, just include details in your booking inquiry and we'll work it out together.

Cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations made 1-2 weeks prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 1 week of the event are non-refundable. We understand emergencies happen—contact us directly to discuss your situation.

Yes! Basic mixing is included in most packages. Professional mastering is available as an add-on service. Our audio engineers will work with you to achieve the sound you're looking for.

We currently serve the greater metro area and are expanding! If you're not sure if your location is covered, contact us—we may be able to arrange a special booking or provide recommendations for partners in your area.

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, we do accept last-minute bookings if dates are available. The sooner you book, the more likely we can accommodate your preferred date and time!
